A certified sommelier from the Sommelier Society of America, Alfred is a knowledgeable expert on the international world of wine. His experience in the world of wine has ranged from working in vineyards in the south of France to wine list management in NYC restaurants. Communicating and sharing his passion for wine, from understanding how wine is made to how to enjoy wine at its best, is the part of his work Alfred loves the most.
Born in France, Warda is a true foodie who has worked as a private caterer for over 20 years, offering her clients delicious cuisine inspired both by her native France and other Mediterranean countries. In addition to contributing to the successful launch of a French restaurant in NYC, she was worked on numerous occasions with the celebrated French chef Francois Payard.
This food and wine-loving couple draw on their considerable professional experience to ensure that the dining experiences they offer their guests are truly pleasurable and memorable ones. Bon appetite!
