Cheese Journeys Presents: Brie and bubbles with Author Jane Bertch of La Cuisine Paris

 

Join us on May 16 for a virtual brie and bubbles tasting event to celebrate the book launch of The French Ingredient by Jane Bertch.

We’ll raise a glass to Jane as she talks us through her professional journey from Chicago to France; the challenges and learnings of launching a culinary business abroad, and the wildly successful French cooking school, La Cuisine Paris, that she founded in 2009. Jane is a friend and fellow cheese fanatic, so expect to see some spectacular Brie de Meaux!

In this conversation, we’ll share details on our annual Paris Cheese Journey in May which features an afternoon of culinary experiences at La Cuisine Paris where Jane and her team of professional chefs will lead a masterclass for our guests.
