This Frenchman shares the art and science of cooking with Cheese Journeys travellers to educate on the importance of artisan food and drink produced by the world-renowned makers who we spotlight on our tours. After hearing first-hand stories from these makers (their craft and cultural traditions), Chef Sylvain creates culinary wonders in the kitchen together with Professional Chef Milo Waterfield.
