Join us in 2025 for a virtual brie and bubbles tasting event in collaboration with Jane Bertch, author of The French Ingredient.
We’ll raise a glass to Jane as she talks us through her professional journey from Chicago to France; the challenges and learnings of launching a culinary business abroad, and the wildly successful French cooking school, La Cuisine Paris, that she founded in 2009. Jane is a friend and fellow cheese fanatic, so expect to see some spectacular Brie de Meaux!
