This alpine-style tour will be hosted by the Cheese Journeys Team. It’s one of our favorite culinary adventures to some of the foremost cheese, food and wine-producing regions in France and Switzerland. Guests will enjoy two days in the Comté/Jura region of France, followed by a six day stay in a 1,000-year-old newly restored chateau nestled in vineyards overlooking Mt. Blanc, and then three lovely days in the Swiss Alps. Enjoy meals prepared by Cheese Journeys’ private chefs, cooking and cheese/wine educational classes, excursions to visit regional wine producers, alpage cheesemakers, plus time in Annecy, Chamonix, and a train ride to the alpine villages of Mürren and Gimmelwald. Add in cow bells, fondue, chocolate, and a private invitation to the festivities of a Swiss Cow Parade- and you have a dream holiday!
